annual membership services, each personalized to fit your individual “lifestyle”

GUEST MEMBERSHIP: $300.00
Your membership includes a (3 hour) scheduled buying excursion to LVDC and
access to its amenities.

Your membership includes two (3 hour) scheduled buying excursions per year
to LVDC and access to its amenities. Both of your appointments may be
scheduled within the same week.

ELITE MEMBERSHIP: (Please call for specific quotes)
Your membership includes five (3 hour) scheduled buying excursions per year to
LVDC and acces to its amenities. Designers typically require retainer fees to
begin the process of working with clients, these fees can equate to $5,000.00
and up.
Your Elite membership bypass this step and we charge only for services
rendered, see the "FAQ's". Please contact us to receive detailed information.
The Elite membership is the best value for clients seeking the ultimate LVDC
buying experience! All three of your appointments may be scheduled within
the same week. On average, the cost of specialized services and other items
vary and must be quoted to our Elite members on a case by case basis.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):
How do I obtain membership online? 1. Enter your information as requested on the Membership Form below. 2. Complete Payment using the secure Google Checkout. Once your payment has been processed, within 2-4 days you will receive a confirmation email with your personal membership ID number. 3. LDI will contact you directly to schedule your appointment and also send you a lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire is crucial in our personalized process to provide you with quality service. Please take the 15 minutes required to complete your lifestyle profile. 4. Out of state members are advised to schedule their furniture buying appointments 6-8 weeks in advance of their arrival to Las Vegas.
Must I purchase products during the first buying appointment? A client is NOT required to make final purchases during the buying excursion. You can purchase items using order information received within the 90 day grace period of your showroom visit. A purchase order is maintained in your name by LDI until final purchasing decisions are made.
How is the LDI interior designer compensated? The membership fee is paid annually and compensates the interior designer for time spent assisting you during each buying excursion. Our designers do not work on a flat fee commission and are NOT seeking volume sales. A certified and licensed interior designer's hourly fee ranges from $60.00 up to $300.00. LDI's fees are currently set at a fixed rate of $85.00 per hour. Additional hours associated with each buying excursion and/or design consultation service requires client pre-approval. Administrative and accounting management costs are automatically calculated in the annual membership fee.
How does your buying group benefit me? Long term benefits are the key. Our mission at LDI is to develop on-going successful relationships with our members. We have an amazing opportunity to offer a much needed service to you based upon the foundation of professional integrity. Why long term? Your lifestyle is reflected in your surroundings, in your home and we're here to assist you in creating it... no matter how long it takes.
What is the standard mark-up for purchases? LDI uses a standard mark-up of 35% on all purchases completed using our professional trade license. There are NO hidden fees in our process. We require client pre-approval of ALL services and fees prior to commencing. LDI abides by ASID's Professional Standards and Codes of Conduct.
Cost-Plus Example: A sofa retails for $3,000.00. With a 50% trade discount at LVDC, the sofa wholesales for $1,500.00. LDI's standard mark-up is an additional 35%. The final cost of the sofa will be $2,025.00. Our members gain an immediate savings of $775.00. Shipping and delivery fees are additional.
I have three friends who would like to participate and who are visiting Vegas for a conference. Does LDI offer group buying appointments? Yes. Group appointments must be coordinated in detail prior to your visit. We limit the groups to a maximum of 4 people in order to maintain a high level of service. For professional organizations and sororities, we offer discounted rates for multiple memberships. This is the ultimate value!

COMPANY POLICIES & INFORMATION
Membership Order Processing and Changes:
Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed the following business
day. If you need to contact us to request a change to your membership order, we will make every effort to make the change.
Appointment Scheduling:
We require our members to schedule appointments 6-8 weeks in advance in order to assure their date is available. Please contact us directly if
you've already made your travel reservations and cannot alter your dates. Once an appointment is canceled, LDI cannot guarantee the ability to
re-schedule on the next preferred date.
Final Confirmation Notification:
A pre-final confirmation email is required from our members once you have reviewed your itinerary. At that time, LDI will contact showrooms and
make final preparations for your visit. Final Preparation for your ultimate buying experience begins with a direct email sent to you 72 hours prior to
your appointment. This email will provide driving directions to LVDC and other pertinent information.
Transportation Details: Our Elite members may have arranged luxury transportation and gourmet refreshments with LDI and will be notified of their
time of pickup and asked their preference of meal selections.
24 Hours Before Your Appointment:
LDI will contact each member 24 hours prior to the appointment via telephone to verify your status. At this time, LDI will ensure you are well prepared
for your ultimate buying experience at the Las Vegas Design Center.
Upon Receipt of your Shipped Purchases:
LDI requires each member to inspect each purchase for damage that may have occurred during shipping. Check each product delivered against
your purchase order, matching stock numbers and color codes. Follow the manufacturer's instructions if damage has occurred en-route. Contact
LDI via email if an item is damaged to keep us informed and to ensure your item is properly returned and a replacement re-shipped.
Member Purchase Documentation:
Our members receive via email, a standard customer service form confirming receipt of all purchased items. LDI requires completion of this form in
order to close out your buying excursion documentation. In order to maintain accurate records of member transactions with various vendors and
manufacturers, this form must be submitted. Before another buying excursion appointment is scheduled, LDI will require submittal of this form.
Product Returns Policy:
Participating manufacturers and vendors have individual return and replacement, delivery and shipping policies which are in effect for the entire LDI
purchasing process. LDI will ensure each member receives this information in its entirety. LDI is not legally responsible for damages incurred
during shipping, delivery and or set up. LDI will assist each member with a return item by directing them to the proper agency for settlement. LDI
does not warranty goods or products.

How LDI Buying Group members purchase furnishings:
2. As a courtesy to our members, purchases can be deferred up to 90 days
after the buying appointment and as determined by each vendor’s sales policy.
For clients who defer purchase, LDI will hold purchase orders and receive the
credit card payment via telephone. Your payment will then be disbursed to each
showroom using standard business transaction methods. Confirmation of your
payment to each showroom will be sent to you via email and/or fax.
3. Our member clients will receive shipping and warranty information from each
vendor. LDI is not responsible for guaranteeing manufacturer warranties on
products or guaranteeing expected delivery dates. Each showroom is required
to review product warranties, damaged item return policies and delivery details
prior to completing a sales transaction.
4. As an exclusive member of LDI’s buying group, we will act as your buying
agent and oversee the delivery process, ensuring adequate information is
provided from each vendor. LDI will email shipping dates and other pertinent
information to our members from each vendor as needed to ensure a timely and
successful delivery process.
5. Once you become a guest, standard or executive member, it is in fact …a
lifetime exclusive membership. You will receive our official newsletter and semi-
annual online catalog, including special event listings and news updates. Our
direct e-mail servicing program will also provide you with the opportunity to take
advantage of various unpublished “to the trade only” manufacturer end of season
floor clearance sales.

interior design services.
Not all salespersons are created equally and motivations
for the sale vary from retail location to retail location.
Plus, not all home decor products are created equally and
you may be limited by what a particular company has to
offer. Commissions are figured into the price, whether or
not the person is talented, educated, licensed or not.
